Guy Robinson is a lobbyist who was a longstanding special adviser to the UK government's environment department until June 2017. He worked for three UK environment secretaries - Andrea Leadsom after she was appointed in July 2016. [1] He was previously special adviser to the former UK environment secretary Owen Paterson from 2012 until Paterson was replaced by Elizabeth Truss as minister in the July 2014 cabinet reshuffle.

Career

Robinson previously worked at lobbyist Lynton Crosby's UK firm Crosby Textor Fullbrook until September 2012. [2]

Robinson was also previously head of political research at the Countryside Alliance. [3]

For his role as special adviser to Liz Truss, Robinson was paid an annual salary of £60,000. [4]
