Greg Beales is currently working for Ed Miliband as director of political strategy. For the upcoming general election in May 2015 Beales has been given the role of polling advisor. [1]

Beales is a former consultant at McKinsey & Company, who was brought into politics by Tony Blair to join his delivery unit. In 2007 he took on the role of senior adviser for health and social care issues to Gordon Brown. [2]
