IPN maintains a network of free-market think tanks around the world and supports the development of new organisations. IPN's mission is to 'share ideas that free people'. It believes in de-regulation but that 'where regulations are necessary... they should be based on sound science. IPN educates opinion formers around the world about market solutions to public policy problems, especially those of a global nature.
