Georgia Berry is a former special adviser and policy unit lead on energy and climate change to prime minister Theresa May, who left the government in June 2017 after less than one year in the job.

At Number 10, Berry's role was to advise the PM on plans to 'reform the energy market' and on managing the Hinkley Point nuclear project.

In September 2017 Berry will join energy provider Ovo Group in a newly-created post of chief of staff to chief executive Stephen Fitzpatrick.

Berry is a former senior executive and head of corporate responsibility at Centrica.[1]

Political family

Diana Berry, Berry's mother, was formerly head of fundraising at Conservative Campaign Headquarters (CCHQ) between 2004 and 2008.
