She acted as Policy and communications adviser and therefore provided support for the charity, which works with children with dyslexia and literacy problems. [2] Frith was also a Research Associate for the Prison Reform Trust, which meant she worked on the Care not Custody programme to provide support for people with mental health problems and learning disabilities in court proceedings and in prison.
