Formerly the Foundation for Partnerships Trust, the Edgerly Foundation was a key funder to the counterjihad organisation the Middle East Forum between 2000 and 2009.

It gave a total of $75,000 over this time. [1] From 2009 to 2015, it gave MEF $180,000.

The Foundation has also founded several other counterjihad organisations. Its stated purpose and activities are 'giving primarily for education and community development', but its interests also include 'foreign policy' and 'legal services'. [2]
