Appoints foreign policy adviser with strong counterjihad movement links

In March 2016 Trump announced that Lebanese-American 'counter-terrorism expert' Walid Phares was advising his campaign.[1] Trump had previously provoked outrage by calling for a temporary complete ban on Muslim immigration to the USA.[2]
