Sir David Richmond is a former senior UK civil servant turned lobbyist.

He was director-general (defence and intelligence) at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office until October 2007, taking up a senior consultant role with lobbying firm Bell Pottinger Sans Frontieres with 'unconditional approval' just one month after leaving office. [1]
