"The Crime and Society Foundation is a social policy and criminal justice think tank based at Centre for Crime and Justice Studies at King's College London" [1]. The foundation discusses the role of the criminal justice system and also looks at the limitations within the system [2]. The foundation relies on charitable contributions as it recieves no funding from the government.

The Crime and Society Foundation was established in 2003 by Richard Garside [3]. Garside frequently appears in various forms of the media in order to discuss crime related issues.
