The Crime and Society Foundation was established in 2003 by Richard Garside [3]. Garside frequently appears in various forms of the media in order to discuss crime related issues. Other people involved in The Crime and Society Foundation are Will McMahon, the acting director, Rebecca Roberts, the research associate, and Sean Roberts, the senior associate. On the advisory board there is Una Padel, Richard Garside, Robert Allen, Margaret Carey, Marion Janner, Nick Page, Elaine Player, Marcus Roberts and Enver Soloman [4].
