Chris Williams is a former British government senior aide who went on to become head of government affairs at the UK arm of one of the world's biggest arms firms Lockheed Martin from 2013 until 2018.

He is currently managing director of Seabed Resources, a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin UK, which holds licences and contracts in partnership with the UK Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to explore a total of 133,000km2 of the Pacific seafloor for mineral-rich polymetallic nodules.

Government career

Williams was a private secretary in the UK Cabinet Office until 2013. Before this, he worked at the Ministry of Justice as an international relations manager and (2009-10) and as an assistant private secretary (2007-09). [1]
