Brian Anthony Charles Kingham (born 18 September 1944) is the chairman and 98.5 per cent shareholder of the corporate security company Reliance Security Group. In 2009 the Sunday Times estimated his net worth as £176 million. [1]

Kingham is a leading donor to the Conservative Party. [2] In February 2007 he was one of a host of right-wing figures to attend a celebration of the life and work of the late Ralph Harris, [3] the self-described 'radical reactionary' and critic of democracy. [4]
