Bessel Kok
Bessel Kok is a businessman and chess organiser. He was a past chief executive of S.W.I.F.T. (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, an electronic clearinghouse for banks)[1]. He is also the chairman of Scarlet Communications in the Czech Republic.[2].
