Baker Tilly LLP are an independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, with offices all over the UK. They are the UK member firm of Baker Tilly International.

History

Baker Tilly was originally formed by Walter Howard in 1865, a merger between Baker Rooke and Howard Tilly in 1988 gave it the name Baker Tilly.[2]

In 2002 the company was represented by Hallmark PR in the south, Hanley PR in the north and Countrywide Porter Novelli in Scotland.[3] The company was then represented by Broadgate Maitland and in 2011 it was announced Lansons Communications would be taking over.[4]
