Andrew David Balcombe

Andrew Balcombe is the former chair of the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and a former trustee (25 September 2002 - 12 September 2006) of UK Friends of AWIS The UK offshoot of the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel's Soldiers - an organisation established in 1942 by David Ben-Gurion. He resides in Israel.
