Andrew Allum
Andrew Allum is the non-executive and unpaid Chairman and co-founder of the TaxPayers' Alliance. From 1998 to 2002 he served as a Conservative Party member of Westminster City Council before leaving the Conservatives in 2003. He is a Partner at LEK, a leading strategy consulting firm.[1]
