Alba Xhixho is the Operations Manager at European Foundation for Democracy. Ms Xhixho is responsible for the strategic coordinating of EFD fellows activities across Europe[1].

She attended Georgetown University, Hogeschool van Utrecht and the Paris Graduate School of Management. She completed internships at Philips, Vodafone and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, sister organisation of the European Foundation for Democracy.[2]

Following her internship at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, Ms Xnixho joined the foundation full time in January 2007.[3] She moved over the European Foundation for Democracy as operations manager in April 2008.
