Alan Monahan is a former BBC PR man who founded the media consultancy Kirkby Monahan with Dan Kirkby. [1] In 1993 he left to join the rival firm Keighley Stoddart, founded by David Keighley, the former Head of Press and Publicity at TV-am and the journalist and TV critic Patrick Stoddart.
