Alaina Macdonald is a former special adviser to the Ministry of Defence, a role which included advising the Secretary of State for Defence on policy and strategic communication. [1]
Macdonald left the Government in 2010, and has had a number of jobs since leaving Government. Starting with speechwriter to the secretary general at NATO.
