Eric Joyce Expenses Controversy

Joyce was in the news for becoming Britain's most expensive MP in three seperate years between 2001 and 2008. Investigations into MP's expenses uncovered that Joyce who admitted being a close friend of Ross Martin had given contracts to Networks Central Ltd worth £8,000 in 2005/06. No other firms were invited to bid for the work[1].
