Tommy Kane is a PhD student in the Dept of Geography and Sociology at Strathclyde University. Alongside colleagues he has written articles on the water Industry In Scotland and beyond. He is co-editor of the water portal in Powerbase and a member of the Reclaiming Public Water Network.
