Ralph Palmer

Ralph Palmer (Lord Lucas) is an excepted hereditary in the House of Lords. Palmer became a Conservative Party member of the Lords in March 1992. [1] Following the death of his mother in 1991, he succeeded her titles as the 12th Baron Lucas and 8th Lord Dingwall.

When asked by the Wall Street Journal about his involvement with Seedrs, Palmer said, "I am a keen supporter of crowd funding."[3]
