The Kessler Foundation (UK) is a UK charity and company (Charity no. 290759 Company no. 1864076), which is related to the US charity The Kessler Foundation. In November 2020 the Foundation changed its name to the Jacob Foundation and new trustees were appointed.[1]

The Foundation was effectively the owner of the four companies that have been involved in running the Jewish Chronicle until it was dislodged in 2020:
