Javier Fernandéz-Lasquetty Blanc

Javier Fernandez Lasquetty Blanc is the Madrid city councilor on immigration and co-operation affairs. He has been in post since June 2007, his role is to advise city officials how to co-ordinate immigration policy. He has been a congressman since March 2004. He was formerly the general secretary of the Fundación para el Análisis y los Estudios Sociales FAES. He is the executive secretary of Education and Research of the Popular Party (PP) of Madrid since Esperanza Aguirre became Mayor of the capital city in 2004[1]
