James Stopford

James Stopford (The Earl of Courtown) was made a member of the House of Lords in July 1979. The Earl of Courtown is an expected hereditary in the House of Lords.
As of 13 May 2015, Earl Stopford was made a Lord in Waiting (HM Household).[1]
