Betty Lockwood

Betty Lockwood (Baroness Lockwood) was a life peer in the House of Lords from February 1978 until May 2013. [1]
Lockwood was a Labour Party activist. On both a national and international level she has been heavily involved in promoting equal opportunities for women.
